Utility Billing Division

The Utility Billing Division bills customers for water, sewer, sanitation, storm water, and parking lot rentals. The division also collects payments for income tax and parking citations, along with providing administration of the loans and grants under the direction of the Loan Trust Committee.

WE HAVE MOVED! -- As of October 18, 2016, we are located in the new City Administration Building (107 E Main) and our customer service hours have changed to 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (from 9 AM to 5 PM). Thank you for your patience.

NOTICE: Effective November 6, 2016, Groceryland has stopped accepting Xenia utility payments.

Payment Options


  • View and/or pay your Xenia Utility account online using the link at the left. 
  • Make a payment via phone by calling the Utility Billing Division at 937-376-7242 between 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM
  • There is a 24 hour drive-up drop box at the rear of the City Administration Building (107 E Main Street) for checks (no starter checks) and money orders.  NO CASH SHOULD BE PLACED IN THE DROP BOX.
  • Cash, checks (no starter checks), money orders, VISA, MasterCard or Discover accepted at our offices, Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM and 4:30 PM.
If you are making a payment to avoid service disconnection for delinquency, please review the Important Utility Payment Processing Deadlines to ensure that your payment is received in time to avoid any disruption in your service.
