Industrial Sites

Xenia has premium sites available for your business that range from one acre to more than one hundred acres. Competitively priced land starts at $15,000 per acre, and offers easy access to highways, airports, and amenities. Whether you are looking for industrial land or a great place for a retail site in a growing market, Xenia has a site for you.

We know that time is money, and due diligence costs both. The City of Xenia is currently taking three of our industrial properties- The Arnovitz Property, the Bales Property and the OVCH property- through a Certified Site program, sponsored by Dayton Power & Light Company. The certification program is being administered by nationally-renowned site consultant McCallum-Sweeney. While these sites have not yet been certified, many of the due diligence reports, such as Phase I site assessments and geotechnical reports, have already been completed.

The Xenia Industrial Park offers several shovel ready sites. The XIP has a diverse mix of existing businesses, from machine shops to advanced manufacturing facilities. Utilities are in place, and access to the adjacent four-lane US Route 35 is just around the corner from the entrance to the park.

The OCVH Commerce Park, owned by Greene County, is a new commercial/industrial park also adjacent to US Route 35.

Xenia also has several smaller industrial sites, all with easy access to the highway.

If the available sites do not meet your company's requirements, please complete the
