The certification program was administered by nationally-renowned site consultant McCallum-Sweeney. This certification means basic due diligence reports, such as Phase I site assessments and geo-technical reports, have already been completed. The consultant has also certified that necessary utilities are in place with sufficient excess capacity to handle most businesses.
